Website Designers
Qualified candidate will possess strong work ethic with the ability to work well in a virtual team environment. The ideal candidate is a strong graphic artist who can create exciting website designs and implement them using standards-compliant XHTML/CSS markup. Additionally, experience creating animated, interactive website designs using Adobe Flash and familiarity with web scripting languages such as JavaScript are highly desired. Candidates who do not meet all the below requirements but excel in one or more areas listed may be considered.

Requirements:
* Strong graphic design skills, artistic sense, and fluency in Photoshop
* Strong XHTML and CSS skills
* Proficiency in creating interactive, animated website designs with Adobe Flash
* Familiarity with web scripting languages such as JavaScript
* Knowledge of browser compatibility issues
* A Passion for web design

Pluses:
* Knowledge of XML/XSLT
* Advanced JavaScript programming ability
* Experience with WAP and coding web pages for mobile devices
