Q: Should I build my own website?
A: It depends. Unless you have some basic knowledge of website design even the best build-it-yourself systems may limit your design. Additionally, they may not optimize your site for favored placement in the top search engines. Lastly, you'll need to keep your website content fresh and updated or you may lose potential customers to your competition. When you consider the time and work involved, it just makes sense to let us take care of your website design needs, freeing you to take care of your business. Especially when we make it so affordable for you.

Q: How much should I pay for a website?
A: You should look for a good value. Some web designers charge into the thousands of dollars for their work and other's a few hundred dollars. We've designed our plan on a pay-as-you go basis with service included, starting at just $19.95 a month. You could pay much more for a single hour of developer's time, but we include a website and 30 minutes a month of designer time into our plan so you can make changes and updates as needed.

A: Depending on complexity, our websites typically take from 1 to 4 weeks to fully implement. We will do all that we can to meet or exceed your expectations. Question anyone who tells you they can create a website design for you in a day or two. If you're website doesn't look professional and isn't promoted, it won't be worth the money you spent for it.

Q: How much will my new website cost?
A: We design a fully customized website and provide 30 minutes a month of design time (for website and content updates) starting at only $19.95 a month.

Q: Do you offer continuing support?
A: We do and it's included! We've found that most of our customers desire ongoing support to keep their website content fresh and up-to-date so we provide 30 minutes a month of website design time. Please note: Design time is different from support time. You can call us anytime during office hours for unlimited technical support at (888) 472-4376 or take advantage of our 24 hour a day email support.

Q: What if I already have a domain name?
A: We provide a domain name with our service but can work with your domain service provider to have them redirect your domain to the new website if needed.

Q: Do you also provide hosting services?
A: Yes, we provide everything that's needed including a domain name if you don't already have one.

Q: Do you offer marketing services?
A: We do! We'll submit your new site for placement into the most popular search engines. For a fee we'll also provide PPC (pay per click) management and SEO services. Please call for details.
